Special Operations
The role of special operations covers a multitude of scenarios, some being military and others being civilian. At this point I will stress that IVAO is completely against war operations and that simulated killing is a good way to be removed from IVAO very quickly. Any comments or suggestions for special operations events are welcome.
The events can include for example:
- Air sea rescue.
- Fisheries protection.
- Submarine hunt.
- Air to air refuelling (Already available on request).
- Police operations.
- Anti Smuggling operations.
- The point of special operations is to have a change from the ordinary A to B flying and put a bit of fun into the hobby whilst developing flying abilities.
The GB-Division would finally like to acknowledge the
former RAFv, headed by Les Jones for allowing the GB-SO
Department to utilize their material - It is much
appreciated.
